Agreement

The CHUGGO store is operated by Claytano Corporation. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy, shipping and return policies, which form part of them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, pricing errors or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. We may change prices and run promotions at any time; changes don’t affect orders already confirmed.

Promotional codes and countdown offers are limited-time, single-use unless stated, and can’t be combined or applied retroactively.

Product information

We work hard to describe CHUGGO accurately, but colours can render differently between screens and stated cold-retention figures are typical results under normal conditions, not guarantees for every environment.

Safe use

CHUGGO is a drink holder for personal use. Please:

• Don’t put it in a microwave, oven, freezer or open flame.
• Don’t use it for hot liquids above normal beverage temperature.
• Hand wash to protect the powder coat; dishwashers may dull the finish.
• Keep small parts, including the swap-top adapter, away from young children.

Warranty

We warrant CHUGGO against manufacturing defects in the vacuum seal and powder coat for 12 months from delivery. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse, drops or modifications. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Intellectual property

The CHUGGO name, logo, product design, photography and site content belong to Claytano Corporation. You may not copy, resell or use them commercially without written permission.

User content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in marketing with attribution to your display name. Don’t submit content you don’t own or that’s unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Claytano Corporation is registered. We may update them; the version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.
